  1. Using our services

    All content and web code and images on this site are subject to copyright laws and are fully owned by deco.ie owning company or other third parties that have licensed us to use it.
    You are permitted to view or print any individual pages for your own personal use only. Usage of any of the items found on this website for any other purpose than personal is strictly forbidden and must be confirmed by us in writing prior to such use.
    Any website features and its operation may be limited or restricted by us at any time without any prior notice.
    By using our services you agree with all terms stated below.

  2. Copyright

    Please make sure you have the right to reproduce the images you are supplying to us. If you are not sure if you do have the right to use an image please contact the author/source of the image and confirm that usage of their photo is not prohibited for this purpose.
    We cannot be held liable for any breach of copyright law and it is the customer's sole obligation to obtain such rights before placing an order depending on such files.
    We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of any image for any reason (including inappropriate content or images depicting any kind of abuse or discrimination). In any such case you will receive a refund, except the transaction fees

  3. Supplied artwork

    We make every effort to make sure your image is reproduced at the highest possible quality, to accomodate it we provide a system online that automatically checks the resolution of each uploaded file against chosen product/substrate.
    This system will then only allow you to choose from the sizes that your image is suitable for print on chosen substrate, but please keep in mind that the quality of the reproduction depends on a number of factors, that may distort expected result. Our ordering system is designed to give you an indication only and should not be treated as a 100% accurate representation of your product.

  4. Color accuracy

    Our work flow is colour managed in order to produce a faithful and accurate reproduction of your images. However, colours may appear differently on our screens compared to yours so it is not possible to guarantee that we will print colours that match your screen as we can only print colours that match our screens.
    Please note that the ‘’black and white’’ and the ‘’sepia’’ filter that you can apply to ordered images are for illustration purposes only, and are designed to give you an idea of how the photo will look if you choose to print it black or white or sepia. Each image may be manually transformed into black and white and/or sepia with individual settings to best suit the image.
    We may also selectively edit and enhance an image for optimum reproduction on your chosen media type. You accept and acknowledge these limitations and factors which may influence the final look of your printed image.

  5. Loss or Damage

    No responsibility or liability is accepted by us for any loss or damage to original photos or digital images supplied to us by you for the production of your prints.
    This clause also covers any loss or damage which may occur in the return delivery of your images

  6. Security

    Full website is secured by encrypted connection by Geo Trust Organization Validation (OV) SSL certificate, so you can safely enter your data and files.

  7. Your personal information

    To fulfil your order we need to collect some personal information from you. This includes your name, address and contact details. In some cases we might need to contact you by email or phone. Your IP address, geographical information, browser and operating system type can be automatically recorded by our servers for security/marketing/development purposes. All your details are strictly confidential and will never be shared with any other third party except for the delivery company (thy will be provided only with your name, address, and phone number).

  8. Payments

    Our payments operator is Paypal which provide credit/debit cards payments option available. We also accept wire transfers.
    We do not store any of your credit/debit card details. While we are able to cancel transactions, we do not have access to any of your payment card details.

  9. Delivery

    We aim to dispatch your finished prints within 5-7 working days off order being placed, however we reserve right to despatch your goods longer and by using our service you agree for it.
    We will do our best to inform you of any such situation but this may not be always possible.

  10. Returns

    We have taken all reasonable efforts to ensure our prints will fulfill your expectations.
    Our cancellations policy accords to European laws governing distance selling. For our ready-to-go products, you can cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the print, however, you must pay the cost of securely and safely returning the goods to us.
    Please note that only spotless items will be refunded.
    Due to the uniquely customized nature of prints based on your own photos/pictures and custom prints parameters, you can only cancel your order if we have not yet printed your print. In this case, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If your personalised print has already been printed, you will be charged in full for your order.
    A replacement will be sent in case of:
    • goods are damaged in transport,
    • goods are lost during dispatch,
    • there are quality issues with the goods but not related to colour interpretation.
    Any problems with the products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. In order to obtain a replacement, the products must be sent back to us at your cost. Case dependant, we may sometimes reimburse you or offer you a credit note for all or only part of postage fees but this in entirely at our discretion.
    Colour variation between your monitor and the final product and/or artistic interpretation do not qualify for quality based refund/replacement.
    Exposure to excessive heat / humidity / other adverse environmental conditions may distort or damage printed item. We are not liable for any damages that may occur as result. Our decisions are always final.

  11. Changes to this terms

    From time to time these terms & conditions may be updated. We reserve the right to do so without any prior notice. Please check at the time or your order to be sure you are up to date with our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to do so. Any and all changes to our terms and conditions will be effective as soon as they are published on this page.
